Windows 10: Outlook 2016 Incoming Email Message Header Layout

I would like to modify the header part of received mails in Outlook 2016, i.e. the bit above the actual message which details sender, recipient, subject, date, etc. I presume it can be done by editing something like a template, but I can't find how to do it. Plenty of instructions on how to create outgoing templates, but nothing about how received mails are displayed.

Windows 10 mail app; How can I view the details of an email, the headers, properties & source code?

That would have to be a spamcop issue only; the Mail app doesn't remove or change (or omit) any of the headers when you forward a message.

If you open an email in Full Office Outlook 2016 and look at the headers, then forward that message to yourself from Mail app, the resulting headers are the same (although they get a little longer since now it's traveled through more intermediate servers).

Right: forwarded message using Mail app, then viewed headers again in OL 2016.

Headers are not corrupt or missing.

 

Windows 10 email client does't respect reply-to header

I've found a problem (bug?) in Windows 10 email client when trying to answer to email message with reply-to header. It always answers just to sender. I tested it with Outlook 2016 on the same machine and everything works fine, messages will be sent where
they were meant to be sent. So Outlook respects that header.

When I just googled I found that other people have found that too (e.g. Windows 10 Mail Program Bug: Ignores Reply-To Header and Windows 10 Native Mail App - Reply-To Address | Canvas Community).

Is there any fix/work-around for this?
