Windows 10: Outlook 2016 on desktop not showing rules from Office 365 online

My rules do not show up in my desktop version of outlook that were created online in outlook 365 exchange when I look at my rules under >Manage Rules & Alerts I see a Yellow triangle saying " there are rules created with a different version of outlook or outlook web access that are not shown "

I am using Office Professional Plus 2016 with outlook version 2001 Build 12430.20184

and the Office 365 Online exchange that is business.

I set the rules up online so they fed down to my system and parts of them work, the categorize ones do not work.

Why the triangle and how to fix it ?

Office 365 Calendar - Invite People To Meeting

I have noticed that when I create a meeting in Office 365, and select the People I want to invite, it will display everyone that I have received an email from/to, whether or not they are in any of my address lists. This does not occur in my desktop version
of Outlook 2016, only people in my address list will display. Is there a setting in Outlook 2016 that will show everyone like it does online?
