Windows 10: Outlook 365 Time Stamp is 3 hours behind

I can e-mail myself from another computer, at noon and it will show as 9AM when received!

The computer's clock is always correct.
I am running a brand-new desktop with the latest Windows, Windows 10 and Outlook 365.

It has always been three hours behind, although it is set up properly to indicate Eastern USA standard Time zone.

N97 Text message time stamp

No its not out by an hour or so, it shows the time I recieve it on my phone not when the text was sent. So if the if the text was sent 3 hours ago and I didn't have reception then I get the text when I have reception but the time stamp is the time I recieve
it not 3 hours ago.

Yep, DST is enabled on the PC.

I phoned Nokia care team and even they can't figure this one out.

I opened one of the messages in notepad and noticed the time stamp is GMT time, and we are currently in DST.

If i send a message to my new phone 7500 prism, and open the message in PC suite, its OK on the phone but still 2 hours ahead in PC suite and even if I back-up the message and transfer it to another phone, still 2 hours difference.

Nokia need to look at this issue.

I never had this issue with the 6230 if i needed to view or transfer the messages, the date/time stamp were fine.

no notification for reminders for calendars, time stamp for emails on phone is lagging 3 hours behind. help?

i have the treo 700wx.



when i set in a reminder in my calendar it doesn't remind me anymore. there's no notification. does anyone have a solution for this? i checked all my settings and i haven't changed a thing.



for my emails that is synced through hotmail, the time stamp when i receive them is a 3 hour time difference from my phone. i checked my hotmail account on the computer and i set it to the correct time zone and my phone is set to the correct time zone also,
i dont know why the emails it self would be marked as with a different time stamp though. also any solutions?
