Windows 10: Outlook Email Sending on WiFi

There's an issue sending email while on WiFi from Outlook Pro Plus 2016.


If I am plugged into the network it works GREAT. As soon as I unplug network and go into WiFi connection, Outlook generates the following error:


Sending reported error (0x800CCC0F): 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or internet service provider (ISP)'


Again, if I plug in the laptop (to the exact same network as wifi) it works, only WiFi causes the issue...

Send/Receive Mail ethernet wired connection WORKS

Send/Receive Mail ethernet wired and WiFi connection using Web Mail WORKS

Send/Receive Mail ethernet wired and WiFi connection using Other Mail Client (eM Mail) WORKS

Send Mail Wifi connection using OUTLOK 2016 FAILS

Group Email In Outlook 2016? Need Help!

The screen shot looks like that's where she would CREATE a new group. What is on the "Send/Receive" tab?

Both. In OWA (web app) the users need to select Show from:




When doing this first time, the new allowed Send As email is not shown in the From drop down list. Users need to right click their usual Send As address and select Remove, then add the new Send As address manually:




After that the new address will be shown and can be selected from the drop down list.

In Outlook desktop app users need to manually remove their usual Send As address and add the new one, thereafter the new address will be shown in From drop down list.
