Discus and support Outlook/Hotmail - Home Page/Dashboard Blank - No Way To Access Emails in Browsers and Email to solve the problem; This started a few days ago, and I thought it was a problem at Oulook's/Hotmail's end.     Outlook/Hotmail - Home Page/Dashboard Blank - No Way To Access Emails


    This started a few days ago, and I thought it was a problem at Oulook's/Hotmail's end. However I have Googled and Hotmail doesn't appear to be down.

    I'm using Firefox and usually access my Hotmail account home page/dashboard by clicking 'Outlook.com' near the top left of the MSN home page -

    MSN UK: Latest news, weather, Hotmail sign in, Outlook email, Bing

    For several days now, if I click on MSN home page the new tab/window opens as normal for Hotmail, but it's blank. It says - Outlook.com on the tab's address bar which should be correct, but nothing appears. If I try to access Hotmail by other means, eg. a log in page for Outlook/Hotmail from Google I get the same result.

    Would really appreciate some help as I seem blocked from Hotmail whichever way I try to get in.

    hotmail is now outlook

    Hotmail users can now upgrade to outlook layout.It looks like windows 8 menus. It's very fast now using outlook over the previous layout.


    look in your hotmail/live for this email. Outlook.co​m Team "You've changed. Shouldn't your inbox?"‏

    you can upgrade from within and create new alias's too.

    Outlook 2013 - Linked Hotmail Accounts not downloading to app access

    I have Office Professional 2013 installed, and with that comes Outlook 2013 email as the prime account.

    I have one Gmail and two Hotmail email accounts linked to the Outlook 2013 email account, and usually accessible via the Outlook Mail app.

    However, since 02 July 2017, no Hotmail emails have been downloaded for viewing via the Outlook 2013 Mail app. There is no problem at all with the Gmail account emails.

    Yet if I login to my Hotmail accounts to view them online, I can see and read emails that have arrived since 02 July 2017.
