    Outlooks Contacts Integration with Linkedin Connections


    Hi,


    Now LinkedIn is a Microsoft company, I don't find a roadmap to integrate LinkedIn Connections. A few versions earlier there used to be a LinkedIn connector in Outlook which was discontinued. For business users, a feature to used Outlook to communicate with LinkedIn connects would be useful.


    Is there a product roadmap in Office and Outlook for such a feature

    Same here

    • In my outlook account online my LinkedIn contacts are brought into outlook
    • On my phone my LinkedIn contacts are not brought in from my outlook account
    However

    • After changing LinkedIn contacts in outlook online the contacts becomes suddenly available on
      windows 10 mobile (without profile photo and mobile number)
    On my 3 years old windows 8 phone everything is working fine. Windows 10 is definitely not an improvement for me as long this issue has not been resolved.

    Anyone else got this working?

    Anyone seen microsoft feedback?

    I have a Lumia 950 running windows 10

    There seems to be no way to bring in my LinkedIn Contact into the people hub on windows 10 mobile

    • In my outlook account online my LinkedIn contacts are brought into outlook
    • On my phone my LinkedIn contacts are not brought in from my outlook account
    • There does not appear to be a way to add a LinkedIn account like there was on Windows Mobile 8.1

    Any ideas?

    GUIDE:How to transfer contacts from Microsoft Outlook to Gmail

    I'm sitting here in the office, its the end of the year in the school system, and several employees transferring to alternative counties. With this it brings loads of transferring contacts to take with them from their company phone. Well, this one in particular sparked a guide idea. So here it is, How to transfer Outlook contacts to your Gmail account.


    Step 1: Sign in to your outlook account.
    step 2 In the top left hand corner click File > Import/Export > Export to file > Browse to desired place to save your file > export. Be sure you export the file as .csv (comma separated values)
    Step 3 Log into your Gmail account
    Step 4 Select 'Contacts' In the subsection you will see a 'Import' button on the right-hand side. Click it.
    Step 5 Browse to the location where you saved it > Open it > Click Import.



    I would have provided pictures, but I use neither Outlook or Gmail. Hope someone somewhere gets some use from this. *Toast :toast:
