Windows 10: output sound quality drops drastically when activating microphone

when ever i use my microphone my input quality is normal but when ever someone speaks or any sound is played the quality that i hear is terrible can someone please tell me how to get rid of this problem ?

Hey, i have a problem with audio quality on my pc. I use Jabra Evolve 20 MS headset connected to my pc via USB-A cord. This issue is about audio output, ie what i hear through my headphones. Whenever i use any app that wants to capture input from my microphone, ie discord, skype or even microphone test feature in windows settings, my output audio quality drops drastically. I have read multiple questions about that happening when connecting via bluetooth (and is apparently bluetooth specific feature/issue), but i use usb cord to connect to my win11 pc. Do you have any idea how do i set it up correctly? I would love to be able to play games and using discord at the same time, without massively degraded audio output quality.

Strange sound quality when using BT headphone with built-in microphone.

I bought a BT Headphone and it has a good sound quality. But there's a problem; when I try to use it on windows 11 with the built-in mic, the sound quality drops drastically, so I can't use the microphone, I've got to disable it and use the notebook mic.

The drivers are updated.
