Overclocking 5400 Mhz Limit on Windows 10 Home?

When i overclock my Intel 9600K processor to 5300 Mhz, the sistem is stable , and i can run any program and benchmark programs to test it, and it works fine. But when i put to 5400 Mhz the system is booting and the windows start normaly , and even i can play some old games with CPU working on

50%, but when i start a Benchmark program and my cpu go to 100% , then blue screen apear on my monitor, and there is writing something like clocking watchdog error, or something like this ,the PC Freeze and then after few seconds the system reboot. The cpu temperature is fine, does not go over 70 grade celsius, the voltage is fine 1.45v , so i know it is not a problem in the hardware, can i get some information about the windows 10 home edition, if does not support more than 5300 mhz ratio and if i need to buy a Windows 10 Professional. or if i can fix it somehow on win10 home. sorry for my english.

    :)

Overclocking / Undervolting guide for Vega 56 or 64?

    Here's a quick laundry list:

List of software to use for overclocking and testing
    Examples:
Wattman (and how to find and use it, like an overview, including profiles)
Unigine Valley or Heaven (use this for quick testing while changing settings in Wattman and checking for stability / artifacts) ...just suggesting this
How to monitor cores / mem speeds and temps during testing (I've seen screen overlays, and others using GPUz)

    Step-by step overclocking in Wattman
    Fan speeds
    Power limit
    Temp limit
    Voltages
    Core speeds
    Memory speeds

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

Before updating windows 7 to 10 I could use my Lexmark 5400 but now it does not. Is windows 10 compatable with Lexmark 5400, is there any way to get windows 10 to support Lexmark 5400?.

    Thank you.
