Are these temperatures and clock speeds normal upon bootup? Specs:
    HP Pavilion g6 Notebook
    Intel Core i5 3210M
    4GB RAM
500GB HDD Samsung Segate Spinpoint m8 (basically 10 year old HDD)
    Intel HD Graphics 4000
Well ventilated as I've elevated the laptop to allow the air to travel below the laptop
Recently cleaned a bit from the backboard of the laptop (without opening it)

So What can I do? SHould I use air blower to blow out dust from its vents? My friend suggested me not to do so as the air blower might damage the sensitive wiring or something since its a really old laptop.
Should I overclock it or something? Please help lads Overheating :)

Thanks took some of those steps and seems to be running better, has not overheated. Think I will take it to someone I trust to clean the fan and re-apply heat paste.

Reset the device won't helps to control overheating problem.

    • Are you using Original charger comes with your phone?

    N80 overheating

I would also suggest replacing the battery before something dangerous happens, contact nokia and they will probably replace it due to the overheating (which is sort of their problem)
