    Overseas Purchase = nogo - "USA Armed Forces..." failure


    Add Billing Option: via USA...

    Three "Armed Forces … " options are available.

    a. USA
    b. Africa
    c. Pacific

    Previously this was not the case.
    I've purchased from Bahrain.


    Currently you pick your local region. But your credit-card is via a USA bank abroad.

    Remove your new failed billing-setup by added another failing billing option = catch 22.


    Thus the PC I bought from the local economy has an un-Activated Windows 10 Pro.

    Moreover, I seek windows 10 Workstation for their new ReFS file system not NTFS.

    Purchasing an overseas laptop

    I want to purchase a pre-owned Surface Pro 4 and I found a good deal online. Although the owner has said that he bought it in China and the only thing I'd personally need to purchase is a Chinese adapter for the charger.

    Now, I'd just like to know whether or not it's okay to purchase it? Not for security reasons but more like software-wise. Would there be any issues in changing the domain language to English? (Despite it has already been factory reset). Would I experience
    difficulties here because it was bought from overseas? etc.

    Please get back to me ASAP. I'd really like to know.

    Hi,

    I am on holiday overseas and no service on my phone lumia 650 windows 10.

    Do I have to switch on the global mode? How do you do that on windows 10?

    Any other suggestion?

    I am about to purchase an N73 from the USA and would like to use it on the Italian and Australian networks... Can anyone help here? i dont want to make the purchase if there is an issue.
