Windows 10: oxC1900101 Error code

OK so I was talking with support and I Posted what I am going to post here and they never responded. I guess they maybe thought the issue was resolved? I figured It might be better to post here. I had to do a couple of windows installs so I kept getting new online chat support techs to help me. The link they sent me to continue my chat after install gave me errors. Ironic



So here is a summary of my issues and what I have done so far. I was having random or infrequent BSoD for the past few months and I experienced two last night in a row. I ran a chdsk /r and It would get to 11% and then say it can’t complete. I then checked the event viewer under Windows logs and saw Event 7, Disk (The device, \Device\Harddisk0\DR0, has a bad block.) I also have these errors pop up. (10016, DistributedCOM and Event 5, Kernel-General.)



So, I contacted support to ask If I had a bad ssd. I was instructed to install windows 10 from the media creation tool and I did just that. After the computer logged back in I received this error. oxC1900101 – 0zx20017. The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with a n error during BOOT operation.

I started a new chat and told them about the error. I was instructed to do the following after they had me delete two windows folder in my c: drive.



A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.
Kindly press Windows key + R
Type msconfig then press enter key
Go to Services tab
Click Hide All Microsoft services
Click Disable All
Hit Apply then OK

Run chckdsk
Search for Command Prompt, right click and choose Run as administrator
Enter chkdsk /f
Allow the process to be completed

In-place install
Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Click on Download tool now
Choose Run from the pop up message
Then choose the option to Upgrade this PC now
Just follow the on-screen instructions



I did the above steps in order and got the same original error. oxC1900101 – 0zx20017. The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation.



Would it be safe to assume that after doing all the above it is indeed an issue with my ssd that needs replacing?

Windows 10 won't install, Error code OXC1900101-OX20017

keep getting error code OXC1900101-OX20017, tried several attempts. Code remains the same. PC is compatible. Also tried loading it front usb and it did not work either

 

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.

Windows 10 download error code Oxc1900101-Oc20017

I have tried to download Windows 10 onto my lap top which has Windows 7 premium but just as it come's to near the end it comes up with a a picture of the
Window symbol but it's all blue.
And I cannot do anything with my lap top, so I have to turn it off, it then come's up with an
error code Oxc1900101-Oc20017 installation failed in safe _OS phase with an error during boot operation.

How do I solve this problem?
