    Packard Bell LE69KB no audio after windows 10 upgrade from Windows 8


    No sound at all from this laptop after upgrade.

    I've tried using Windows update but the drivers fail.

    RealTek driver says it is incompatible (tried in compatibuility mode too).

    There are no audio drivers on the Packard Bell support pages/

    What to do?

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

    Yeah my thoughts exactly! I haven't had a Packard Bell PC for over 10 years! I thought they went under for sure!

    Garb, I wish you luck with that, maybe clockgen can help, or getting a refund and building his new PC part by part on his budget, even if you can't get the better components for OC-ing it would be better than the Packard Bell. *Toast :toast:
