  1. Packets sent to the wrong interface

Hello !I have a laptop with Win11 Pro. It is connected to internet with both WiFi and an ethernet cable.I am working with an Linux-embedded device SOM board. It is connected to my laptop with USB, using an RNDIS driver to emulate a network card. The embedded device runs a DHCP server device = 192.168.41.1, laptop = 192.168.41.3. Once connected to the embedded device with USB/RNDIS, I can usually log into it using a SSH client from my Win11 laptop. However, when the laptop is connected to internet with the ethernet cable and WiFi, the SSH connection to the embedded device does not work. An

  2. ICMP sent to wrong interface

You are barking up the wrong tree because of a typo when you issued the ping command.

Notice the 186 instead of 168. That's why it followed the default route and chose the source IP address assigned to that interface.

Bytes sent to Dropbox ip address ....

It is the same computer. I recently began checking to see what addresses outgoing packets/bytes were being sent to. And there were a few that were questionable to me. The data sent to DropBox, being most obvious to me. Any suggestions as to next steps
would be greatly appreciated. I have a security program that returns no findings upon full or quick scans. I have used MBAM free and also returned no findings. Presuming I have been 'attacked/infected' what should my next steps be?

    Sent versus received packet data?

Hey guys I have a pay as you go Nokia e63. Over the past few days it been looking at my internet usage. What ive noticed is my sent packet data going up by a few megabytes but up until today my received data has not changed. Today it went from 1.21 GB
to 1.24 GB. I had been using it a lot.. But I'm confused. I thought sent was what I was using online and received was say for downloads. Am I wrong? Why would my received suddenly increase? Cheers Packets sent to the wrong interface :)
