Windows 10: Page could not be loaded. Please try again later.

Hi. No matter what I try, I can't get connected to the store. Recently I installed windows 10, which is for a few months back and i guess it needs to be updated, but it's stable and from my previous experiences I just don't want to update my windows 10 because every time I do it makes my PC super slow and my system driver gets full for no reason. I have tried a bunch of solutions I found on the internet but nothing I tried work. I tried a website converting microsoft store link so you can download the app file, but after installing the app, it won't open.

any idea what I should do? and maybe a super easy one, because i;m super tired of this!

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
