Windows 10: Page fault in nonpaged area when trying to reinstall Windows 10

I formatted my old laptop's SSD and now I am trying to reinstall Windows 10, but I only get to "Copying Windows files 0%..." at which point I get BSOD with the "page fault in nonpaged area" error.


I tried to see if it was an issue with the drive, so I tried installing Windows 10 to my other SSD, but the result was the same.

I read that RAM might be the issue, so I ran memtest86 and it showed no errors. Just to be sure, I also tried with each RAM stick separately and then again with two entirely different RAM sticks, but I still get BSOD and the same error message at the same point.

Any ideas as to what might be wrong and how I could fix this?

I am trying to reinstall Windows 10 64 bits on my laptop (Dell Latitude E5570) but during the setup, I receive a BSOD with the message: page fault in nonpaged area win32kfull.sys.
