Windows 10: Page freezing

Both my HP & Acer computers have Win.10 Pro. installed, but I have the same problem with both. I like paid surveys, but if a question has a list of answers where I have to click one, or several answers, I have to do do that and hit the "Submit" button very quickly or the page freezes and I have to re-load and try again. I have had to abandon several surveys because It's impossible to answer the questions quickly enough. It happens with all surveys or any question where a list is involved. Is this anything to do with the settings?

Screen Freezing up

Andre, thanks for your suggestions. I performed all steps as you listed and it appears that there were

some problems that have been corrected. I will let you know in a day or so if the "freeze" problem

occurs again. Many thanks for your help --- this took longer than I expected!
