Windows 10: "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA" Blue Screen

I recently acquired my granddad's old computer, and every time I try to start it up, I'm met with the blue screen with a message that my device ran into a problem and needs to restart with "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA" as the fault code. Everything I have tried in the troubleshooting to fix it didn't work. I can make it as far as to enter the account password for the computer, but I am unable to get the password from him as he doesn't know it. Is there any way I can reset this passcode without being able to get past the blue screen? I've tried booting the computer into safe mode, and even tried to reset the computer by wiping all the files, but neither of those worked either.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
