Windows 10: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA on bootup.

For many months now, any time I've tried or been forced to try to update, I've received this page fault error, then Windows would have to roll back the update to get a successful boot. Now I'm just trying to reboot and the reboot said nothing about updating as I've got updates paused, and there was no updating messaging during the shutdown or bootup and I can't get past the page fault error. I was able to boot into safe mode to gather the dump and system files needed to help troubleshoot. Help would be immensely appreciated!

Problems with bootup

my phone wont go past the green windows mobile screen, does anbody have any suggestion of what i could do to get my phone to bootup properly so i can begin to use it again
