    PAGEFAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA won't go away


    So since about last september I've been getting constant BSODS and they're mostly the same:

    PAGEFAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA Netwtw06.sys

    I have Win 10 on a Lenovo IdeaPad 720s. Here's everything I've done: 1. Update all my drivers 2/3. Ran a cfc and chkdsk scans I dont remember the order 4. Factory reset 5. Sent back to depot, allegedly they replaced the motherboard 6. Tech replaced the hard drive and re-installed Windows 10

    Here's what happens each time: I do/get the "fix" (and I'm not that good with computers) and it works for awhile and inevitably crashes. Then I get constant BSODs, always the same, until they increase in frequency to about every 5 - 15 minutes. Sometimes the initial crash takes longer--when the motherboard was replaced it took about 4 hours before I got the first BSOD and after the hard drive was replaced it took about 9, but it always happens. Idk what to do at point, I thought it was software I was installing so the only thing I installed was chrome and it still happened.

    pls dont make fun of me for being bad with technology I just want a functional laptop bc I do digital art and I'm hesitant to touch art because I'm so afraid of the constant BSODS that even when I save frequently I still end up losing work.

    Volume Mute Light won´t change color


    Macrium is used frequently in this forum. There are experts in using it to recover drives. It's unclear as to why you are struggling to use it. I had not used it and just tried it for the first time and it went smoothly. Maybe these images might help?
