Windows 10: paid version of ultimate Word Games error message help needed

Message reads: User signed out

You were signed out of Xbox Live from outside Microsoft Ultimate Word Games. The game will now be reloaded.


However, it just endlessly cycles from this message to a screen that flashes so fast I cannot read it and back.

I paid for the game. I do not have an Xbox. I have unistalled the game, downloaded it again and the same issues.


Can anyone help? Calling the help line at Microsoft got me a dead end with no help.

Why wont the ultimate games open all it does is spin around and says there is a problem with the cloud

This happens a lot with the word games and I have paid for the premium
