Windows 10: Paint 3D "We couldnt place this model, try again later." Error.

Hello, I had gotten a new pc around 5 weeks ago? Its a windows 10 PC, At 64 bit.
I havent run Paint 3D on here before, i decided to try to make a 3d model of a character, When i went over to the 3D model library, i looked up a certain model on there, "Pyritohedron white". I decided to try to load it up, and surprise, surprise, The error message "We couldnt place this model, try again later." Error popped up, I restarted my pc a few times, uninstalled and reinstalled paint 3D, And updated my pc. Other models work fine. Is it just me or is it the model?

Same problem with me, in the past, i can import 3d models from 3d library. Lately, after downloading a model, and tried to download another one after quitting the last one, error message “we couldn’t place this model. Try again later” However after resetting,
it’ll work, but for one time only.

1. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?
   
2. Do you receive any error message when you try to add a model?
   
3. What is the version of Paint 3D app?
   
4. Are you connected to domain environment?
   
5. Which model are you trying to place on the canvas?
   

Meanwhile, I would suggest you follow the suggestions mentioned below and see if that helps.



Method 1:



Try resetting the app and see if that helps.

1. Press Windows + I keys together to open
   Settings
   
2. Now click on Apps and select
   Apps & features
   
3. Search for Paint 3D app and click on it
   
4. Now click on Advanced options
   
5. Scroll down and click on Reset
   

Method 2:



Try re-installing Paint 3D app and see if that helps.

1. Press Windows + X keys together and click on
   Windows PowerShell (Admin)
   
2. Accept the UAC prompts
   
3. Now type in the following command and hit
   Enter:
   
   Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.MSPaint* | Remove-AppxPackage
   
4. Restart the PC
   

After restarting the PC, download the app from
Microsoft Store and see if that works

Paint 3D Cannot Place a Model

I've been using Paint 3D in a classroom...Some of our computers will not allow the 3D Library to place Models into Paint 3D. Other computers do allow it. What is the fix for this? Tried all the updates from the Store.
