  1. Paint.net launch error

A few days ago I replaced my hard drive, but backed up all files and transferred all of them to the new drive. One app I decided to reinstall was paint.net and because it was an app not from the Microsoft store, I had to uninstall the previous version through the control panel. After I did so and installed the new version and tried to launch the app I got the below error. I've used the "MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta" to try and solve the problem but I still get the error. Please help. Thanks, Ben

    :)
