Windows 10: Partial display

I am currently unable to view part of one of my current accounts online
I am able to sign into the account, but the screen is only displaying the background menu tabs with nothing where the recent activity would normally be
Additionally, all of the other tabs "daily Operations, Statements & Mail" etc display as active when I hover the cursor over them, but they do not respond & open

The "log out" tab is also acting in the same way

I have checked my other accounts with similar properties & the are functioning normally

I have also tried using another browser on the same lap top, but the result is the same

I have also used a different device using the same browser & everything is working normally

So by deduction, the problem appears to be within windows

Any ideas?

HELP 5870 Issues:CCC resets settings on restart, Partial desktop, Lock in 2D clocks!

I didn't understand! Are suggesting this as a prelude to re-installing the CCC again?
If yes, it's the case of fresh windows installation which I already did..
If no, removing CCC will result in the desktop switching to a horrible low rez (800x600) and there'll be no black border and no partial desktop!!
I did try removing only the monitors' drivers, as I said in my first post (Step 3), but I guess It wasn't clear..Sorry! English is not my first language, you know!

I suggest you to check the screen resolution and set it to 1920*1080 and check if it helps. If the issue still persists, then update the display driver by following the steps provided below:

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update the driver.

Display was not migrated

Hi,

I understand the above solution didnt work so as to next step in solving your issue I suggest you follow the below.

Step 1:

Go to search box next to Windows icon and type Device Manager

Step 2:

Under Device Manager expand Display Adapter

Step 3:

Right-click on Adapters listed one by one and select Properties

Step 4:

Select the Drivers tab

Step 5:

Click on Uninstall Device

Step 6:

Repeat step 3 to 5 for all listed adapters under Display Adapter

Step 7:

Restart PC and verify

Let me know the status after performing the above.
