Windows 10: Partition Merged and disappeared !?

I had a secondary drive that I had partitioned into 2 drives E&G . Out of the blue it merged into 1 the E and the G is completely gone. I had all of my daughters baby videos on there and I'm freaking out. I tried using Easus data recovery and it's not recovering any of the images or files that were on the E drive. I can't do a restore.

Cant merge Partitions

Hi folks,
i was trying to merge a partition to another one but i couldnt, it said i didnt have GPT or that i dont have enough space to extend it, does anyone know why? there is only 1 unallocated partition im trying to merge into another partition that has files, the idea is to keep the files intact. i tried deleting it then using the extend function but nada. pls help

 

How to disappear the Z partition in "This PC"

Hi Disal,

To delete the Z: drive partition, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows Key + R. Type diskmgmt.msc, then hit
  Enter.
• Right-click on the partition, then select Delete Volume to delete a partition.
  

Note: This option deletes every single file on the partition, please be careful when using it.

We also suggest running Microsoft Safety Scanner to scan and protect your computer from any viruses.

Cant merge Partitions

Move the files, backed up. Use Easeus to delete both partitions, merge, make new parition, and move files back.
