    Hiberfil is turned off on everything I have but I will try the swap and see if that might be it. Thanks for the idea.

    Ok, I turned off Swap file and it still would not let me shrink the drive. 61gb and only 22 used. It actually says: "You cannot shrink a volume beyond the point where any unmovable files are located."

    Ok bro's, ready for this? Everything has worked out perfectly!

    First of all, the nitwit I am, since I have 2 of these identical Acer Switch 11v's with 128gb SSD drives, I didn't realize when I used Win10 Disk Management to shrink the C drive to 62gb, it wasn't my Media Player PC it was my main PC I was on. Knucklehead. But that's ok since for my main PC a 62gb C drive and a 57gb storage D drive is just right. So I go to my other Acer Switch 11v, the one that will be used as a Media Player, and Disk Management lets me shrink the C drive way down to 42gb (not 62gb) to leave a D storage drive with 76gb! Really? Go fig! No idea why one wouldn't let me shrink C below 62gb and the other let me shrink to 42gb. No idea. Anyway, I got both exactly the way I wanted them and no boot issues. The disk partition gods must have smiled upon me.
