  1. password error every day

i am having to change my password each and every day because it comes up incorrect password when my son logs in on his xbox each day.
it does the same thing on my computer if i try to log in on here to Microsoft account is keeps saying incorrect pass word as well, so i do a password reset with changing the password after i get a verify number from the server put in the old password and it says it can not be used.
so that means the password has been used by me but i have never changed it from that password

    :)

  2. Windows 10 Mail forgets Gmail password almost every day

    Reason

Windows Mail app keeps prompting for Gmail account password frequently with the "your gmail settings are out of date" message—
According to a comment on this post . . .

    Potential Solutions

Based on some quick research there may be two options that may help resolve this. . .

    1. Enable the 2-Step Verification functionality and security feature with your Gmail account and then use the 2-Step Verification to verify and trust the Windows Mail app to have access to your Gmail account
    2. Enable and use the Less Secure Apps functionality by turning that ON and using your usual Gmail account password with the Windows Mail app to authenticate

    password error every day

Admin password unknown and missing files after upload

Ok, I know these questions have been asked, but I have tried everything I can understand.
Need to be spoken like a noob - step by step please.
Win10 put on my system everything initially fine, then discovered files missing - tried to install a recover program to be frustrated by a prompt to input an admin password with User [USER-PC\USER]
I have tried every password ever used.
I have tried going to cmd prompt
I cant install anything to circumnavigate because I cant get past this dialogue.

    any suggests?
