Windows 10: password help

on my phone it says this microsoft account does not have a password. you can use this device to sign in instead. i login the microsoft website all the time sometimes using password other times using authenticator , same with anything that requires microsoft password , so in settings it says sign into microsoft account instead , which im signed in with a local account by the way , only reason im signing out of local account is because im trying to change the name of a user in users folder which is old account pc names when i used the same email as the one im signed in with on my pc now and another from when i reset my pc the 2nd time , than reset again the user of the account from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** name is still a user , and for some reason the whole pc is unde 2nd microsoft account which is different than the local account.

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.
