Windows 10: Password No Working

Hello,


I have 2 laptops both logged in on the same microsoft account and both use the same password to log in however they woul not update to windows 10 version 1809 and so I chatted with their support online who got it installed on both but 3 weeks apart. They did remote access to install both. However, when they did the first one I could not get back in on my password and they were still connected to my laptop and did some adjustment and then it accepted my password and all was good. When I Logged off that night and came back a week later it again is telling me I have a wrong password which I definately do not. The second laptop they updated all was good and lets me login with my password. Now I know I can change the password but I don’t want to on one of them. So, am I able to select a new password for the one not working without it changing the laptop with current password that is accepting it. Because both laptops are registered with everything the same on my microsoft acount would it not change the new password on both laptops.


Any help would be greatly appreciated because I need to be able to get into the one still using my original because it is my personal one whereby the other one is just a work one.

admin password?

You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Dell bios passwords 595B and 2A7B

I have a Dell E4310 with BIOS Admin password
I have tried the standard keygen for 2A7B, but the password does not work, I thought it may be a keyboard issue and replaced the keyboard, but the password still will not work - Any suggestions?
