  1. Password & Pin login issues

    Hi,

My computer automatically updated today and it has switched from pin access to password. I have forgotten my password because ive used the pin for so long and now I am locked out!

The sign in screen has no option to switch back to pin code and now I am completely stuck.

I really dont want to lose all my files, is there any solution to this? Very annoyed that an update has locked me out of my own computer for no reason.

    Thank you in advance.

    Connor

  3. Password issue

After going through the steps to make a new password, after a week or two, my login credentials are no longer valid. I'm forced to make a new password all over again. It seems to happen if I don't login in a certain period of time. Does our passwords expire???
