    Password problem


    Split from this thread. Hello,I have a user who doesn't know what their Primary Password is for Edge they tried their AD password, but that did not work. While I see an option to change the password, that requires him knowing the password to begin with.How can I reset his Primary Password?This is all mixed up. I do not use edge. I use Google Chrome for my e-mails and I have a Password also. Can someone help me???? This has taken all too long. Cannot subscribe because I am on limited funds. I got on before why is this so much a problem??? PLEASE ANSWER MY E-MAIL IS ___@
