Well I made a purchase of coins on Caesar Slots and didn't get what I paid for........and no-one seems to be able to help..... just suggested I deal with it through Paypal......

I opened the game to play on Tuesday night. Opening page opened, then screen went blank lost almost all my Microsoft programs, including Edge, store, all my app,, had a virtual crash on my computer. I have contacted Caesars Slots by email, but had no response

Caesars Slots is a free game on the Windows Store that have caused some users difficulty during installation. The affected installations have been failing with error code
0x803f8001. In most cases, the issue resolves itself after multiple retries, but the issue has persisted on some devices even after multiple retry attempts.

If your PC is affected by this issue, you can assist us by following the steps below:

Log Collection

We will need you to collect logs from your computer or device using the
WSCollect.exe tool.

• To run WSCollect.exe, open an elevated command prompt. This will create a CAB file and save it to the desktop.

• Attach the CAB file to the email, and send it with the details below to Win10Store at Microsoft dot com.

Sending the Logs

When sending the logs back to us, please include as much detail as you can. Some of the details may include:

• The approximate date and time you last saw the issue.
• The OS version. (you can find this by entering msinfo32 at the command prompt)
• Your CV data and Store version (this can be found under Settings > About this app)
• Whether the Store app disappears or just gets stuck on the splash screen (shopping bag icon)
• Whether you see the spinning progress icon while the splash screen is showing
• Anything else you think might be helpful (e.g. steps you’ve already tried, wireless or wired network connectivity, hardware configuration, etc.)
