    I recently bought a new pc tower and transfered all my stuff to the new pc, it came with a new motherboard but ever since I connected everything it will only boot into BIOS I went through it with a friend in the field to fix this stuff and he said that it may be cause windows doesnt like the new motherboard and to get a new copy of windows on a flashdrive to boot it when I turn on my pc. Another friend said it might just be my hardrive got corrupted so I wanna know what to do. ,

    PC shut down, wont turn back on

    The fan twitch is it powering up and then the psu is noteing a short and cutting out hence why it wont do it again straight after until it's reset, something is blown or shorted out so you need to do as someone suggested and split the pc out then, on a table build the minimum up as he said and step by step see what's happening.
