Windows 10: PC constantly restarts

Hi so I’ ve posted about this before, basically my computer keeps on randomly restarting, like if i had hit restart, suddenly turning off and loading the hit del to go to bios screen then windows without my actual pc turning off. I get this error in the event viewer

A fatal hardware error has occured


Reported by component: Processor Core

Error Source: Machine Check Exception

Error Type: Cache Hierarchy Error

Processor APIC ID: number changes, mostly 10 12 or 13

I have a Ryzen 7 3700X

I’m brand new so tell me how to do things

I have previously turned fast startup off and that stopped it for a while, then i accidently hit the off button on my pc case instead of in windows and that set it off again, and the above error always happens after a error that says the prevoius shut down was unexpected. I may of forgot something to asj for more details

MY PC has just statred to restart even during Boot and after boot, Please help.

if you want to change any setting just do it step by step so you know what might happen when your pc restart again and again

Thanks for your patient help and analysis, zbook. I'll step through some of your suggestions over the next few days - there's a lot to do and some look a bit hairy! That is, for a PC that is working sweetly right now...

One step I did try right away was to answer your question about whether my BIOS is up-to-date. I had no success at the AMI site but did get some info from this commercial site:

Pc restarts constantly

My PC constantly restarts the problem started when I did a command prompt diagnosis and attempt to solve problem of not being able to install windows updates but could update windows defender and other software and hardware I did a fresh installation but
still same problem Do I need a new pc
