Windows 10: PC continues to reset itself despite trouble shooting attempts.

Just built a brand new rig. It was working great at first, then it randomly reset itself.


Now, it resets itself whenever I try to log into windows. If I don't try to log into windows, It wont' reset, it'll just sit there on the log in screen.


So far, I've re-seated the RAM, I've checked all the PSU connections, checked all the peripheral connections, reset the CMOS, I've done a bootrec, I've tried every trouble shooting option in safemode, and even reinstalled a fresh copy of windows. After I re-installed windows, it was working normally for a minute. I did the cumulative updates, as you're supposed to, and everything was fine. Then it suddenly reset itself again. And I'm back to being stuck in the log in screen in a boot loop.


Is there something I'm missing here? This is a brand new build, so aside from re-installing windows to it's default specs, I'm not sure what the next step is?

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
