Windows 10: PC Crashed during Win update

My PC is now stuck when opening up or closing down, I can get to the safe mode and the Troubleshoot page after 3 failed attempts to boot.

nothing works , I tried :

1. Uninstall updates it says there is one pending and cant do it
2. reset pc goes through the motions 20%-100% restart your pc ---same issue
3. system restore , cant find a restore point
4. system recovery cant find image
5. startup repair finds nothing

Acronis recovery disc , cant find the Acronis image either .


Also noticed to log into my PC it asks for my OLD password from last year not my current one . I have reused the SSD from my old PC as the SSD is less that 12 months old .

last time I had something similar it was the BIOS corrupted , hopefully this is not the case

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

PC is crashing after updating to the Creators update.
