Windows 10: PC Crashing - Dump file creation failed - EVENT ID 161

Hello, I hope whoever reads this is doing well.For quite some time I have been dealing with crashing and automatic restarts when a game is running. I have attempted a plethora of fixes which would occasionally remedy the issue for a short time before it returned. Below is a list of actions I have taken:-Reinstalled windows 10 while keeping personal files-Upgraded to windows 11 while keeping personal files-Unplugged and re-seated hardware-Run chkdisk, memtest, cpu tests, which found no errors -Used sfc /scannow and DISM-replaced nvme drive-tried installing new drivers for motherboard chipse

Laptop randomly crashes. Event viewer show Event 161 or Event 162 followed by Event 41, Kernel-Power

Hi! Thank you for your response, I have already tried this once, but I installed the latest version, so I'm gonna try again with an older version. I should note that I used the DDU tool yesterday, after the minidump folder creation, as in todays crash, Event 161 specified that the dump file creation failed.

BSOD / Dump File creation failure 161

For the past 3-4 weeks, i got BSOD like one time a day and then today i got BSOD 3 times in 4 hours. In event viewer i got this error "dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation. 161". When i try to look at C:/Windows/Minidump the folde is empty and no minidump file on C:/Windows. How to fix this problem please help me.
