Windows 10: PC crashing, Hardware error - LiveKernelEvent Code 193?

Hi everyone. I've been experiencing a number of stability issues for a while now - namely my PC will randomly freeze and either restart on its own, or remain frozen and require a hard shut down/reset. also occasionally will get no display when my pc restarts after one of these crashes. Can confirm it's not my PSU as I'm getting the same issues with a brand new one. On one particular event in Reliability History I noticed this hardware error. Do these codes/parameters help in determining which component is likely the culprit here?A problem with your hardware caused

Windows crashing with LiveKernelEvent error, code 193, parameter 80f

Hello. Since last week my PC crashed multiple times per day with the same error, I can not fix it in any way.

It hapenned already for like 20/30 times, I tried to reset bios, reconnect hardware, reinstall windows and maaaany other things. Also, my internet is working way slower since then (I have a 300/20Mbs, but it is working for only 100/20Mbs).

I believe this error has been freezing my PC to the black screen when I start it up. I also have been experiencing it freezing on the black screen when I try to put it to sleep. It also will go to sleep, wake itself back up, and then remain frozen until
I force the shutdown.

My PC has a glass panel so I can see that the specs are lighting up, and my cooling fan is maxed out and fully lit as well.

I need this issue solved, PLEASE HELP!

Thank you for any advice. I've tried to look at the Reliability Monitor when this happens, but there isn't always an event logged. If there is a better way to track the issue, I would love to hear about it.
