  1. PC Crashing

    Hello,

I'm posting this question because My pc has crashed a few times yesterday. The first crash I recieved was while downloading a game from the epic games launcher Tyranny Gold Edition. I started my download then turned off my tv not pc while I went to go do tea. When I came back to my pc I turned on my tv to find my computer had crashed and it was on the login screen.

So I then proceeded to login and resume my download which it also crashed/restarted again at some point while downloading. So I logged back in again and thankfully I was able to finish downloading my game. After that, while I was just looking through one of my said game's folder I crashed again. The first crash while I was cooking tea hasn't left a .dmp file I'm assuming it was a crash because I've looked through windows update and it didn't update my system in any way that I can see. The computer is a little over two months old, and I'm 50+ hours through Assassin's creed Odyssey and haven't had any problemsI play it with max settings on 4k, so because of this I think it's less likely a hardware issue as assassin's creed odyssey is a demanding game.

I searched to see if the latest epic launcher update was causing any trouble for people but there's been no talk of anything lately.

I searched to see if there's any issues with windows update KB4601319 because this was my last majour update which was on 12th Febuary. It was mentioned that it would cause some peoples webcams not to work, but it also mentioned that it was causing the BSOD in rare cases. So I decided to uninstall this update as a precaution.

Could someone please read my dump files, just so I can get to the bottom of these crashes. Any help is apprecaited.

    all games crash!

    I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
    What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
