Windows 10: PC every other time it would stop at the DELL logo

I have a Dell 24 7459 Desktop. After build 1903 my PC would stop booting up " every other time " at the DELL splash logo. I thought at first a BIOS problem, NO. Then I thought it a hardware issue, NO. So I got in touch with a Microsoft Agent for troubleshooting. Wrong move on my part. So any way after 4 days of T/S my self I finally figured it out. " FAST START" was the problem, found under Settings > Power & Sleep. Un checked that box now all is GREAT !!! After 4 days I'm HAPPY !!!!! You got to love binary one's & Zeros....

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

Dell Inspiron laptop Windows 10 stuck on Dell logo screen!!!!

I have a Dell Inspiron laptop Windows 10 and it won't advance past the Dell logo screen. The computer turns on, the Dell logo appears for a few seconds, then the screen goes black, and then it does it all over again......the Dell logo appears, and screen
turns black...and on and on.......

I checked a few other forums and removed the battery, removed the power cable, held the power button down, powered it back on, it didn't work. I did a system diagnostic check and it came back good, with no problems.

Help!! Any suggestions?
