Windows 10: PC freezes 10 minutes after closing games

I've been having this issue for a month now. Out of nowhere my PC suddenly freezes after I close the game I played. It can be fortnite, valorant, or something not even that demanding like rocket league. I can play for 10 mins, 1 hr, or even 5 hours, it still freezes just a few minutes after I close the game.I've replaced my RAM, ran sfc scannow, updated windows, reinstalled graphics drivers using DDU but the issue still exists. I attached minidump file for reference.

PC screen freezing/crashing after closing games

My PC crashes/freezes after closing games. Sometimes very soon after sometimes 10 minutes later and sometimes never.

The crashes/freezes come in a few forms. Most often the screen will freeze and the system is unresponsive, sound stops etc. Sometimes the screen will turn black, sound will continue for a short moment and then stop. It has never BSOD on me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
