Windows 10: Pc freezes on log in

I wanted to update my rx480 graphics card but I have to use Amd clean because of an error. It then ask me to start in safe mode. I said yes. To be able to do the clean. But now every time I try to log in the start screen freezes and I can’t enter my password., but it also seems the keyboard and mouse does not work either because the num lock light does not come on. Is there any other way to get into my system

• Do you have a USB device attached? If yes, can you remove the device and log in again.
  
• Have you tried turning off the WiFi feature in your laptop before logging in?
  
• How about running a Startup Repair in your Windows 10 laptop? (Boot to Advanced Startup Options>Click on Troubleshoot> Click on Advanced options> Click on Startup Repair)
• Aside from the above steps, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Desktop freeze after log in

• Did you make any recent changes on your computer prior to this issue?
• What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
• When the computer freezes, do you get an error message?
