Windows 10: Pc Freezes with audio stuttering until it stops. Have to force restart

Hello I have a fully updated windows 10 pc. It runs fine until I open a game sims 4 or house flipper 2 most commonly this hasn't been an issue until a few days ago where I will be playing and my screen will freeze, my pc is still running and audio keeps playing but staticy and slowed down. Really worried the pc was built in 2019 and dont have funds to replace it rn. Specs: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core ProcessorCorsair Dominator Platinum 16 GB 2 x 8 GB DDR4-3000 CL15 MemoryMSI VENTUS XS OC GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6 GB Video Cardif any other specs needed lmk thanks.

Random PC restarts and freezes with no BSOD

Hello, I've been having issues with my PC randomly restarting or freezing (the symptoms vary each time). Sometimes the display freezes and the audio stutters before the PC restarts, sometimes the PC restarts immediately, and sometimes it freezes without restarting at all.

I've tried several things to fix the issue:

• Reinstalling drivers
  
• Running system file checker
  
• Unplugging unnecessary devices (everything except my monitor, network card, keyboard and mouse)
  
• Reinstalling windows
  
• Changing the power board / multi-socket board that the PC is plugged into

latency issues, random stutter + audio stutter

hey, im having dificultys with my pc. im having problem with every task im doing, even playing a yt video. so the problem is im having random freezes and audio freezes/lags every 10-40 mins. i dont exactly know whats causing it but im pretty sure its not the disks/ram. ive ran a test on a program called latencymon and thats all ive got. let me know what tests i should do to help give more information about the problem and i will. ive been having the problem for like half a year now and its pissing me off. heres a picture that might help : (bios is last version btw). also ive gotten a lag that made the pc black screen and audio loop and i had to force restart!

HARDWARE TESTS -

If problems are found then test the RAM overnight to stress it with the best bootable test memtest86, following this guide to test both sticks and slots:

2) Test the hard drive or SSD with diagnostics:

HP and Dell have hardware diagnostics triggered by tapping the ESC or F12 keys respectively as you power on.

3) Stress test the rest of your hardware:

If no hardware problems are found then go over Windows using this checklist to make sure the install is set up correctly, optimized for best performance, and any needed repairs get done: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 16 to test a new Local Admin account. Then continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.

If nothing else works then do a Repair Install, by installing Media Creation Tool, open tool and choose to Upgrade Now. This reinstalls Windows while keeping files, programs and most settings in place, is the most stable method to advance to the latest version, and solves most problems.
