Windows 10: PC gamepass "Turn on Windows Update" Error code: 0x80070422

Okay, so I've been trying to download a game off of PC Gamepass Xbox (beta) app but it keeps giving me an error and saying that "Windows update is disabled. You can repair Windows Update by running the Windows Update troubleshooter in Settings. Error code: 0x80070422" however every time I run the troubleshooter it says "Troubleshooter couldn't identify the problem". I had no problems downloading games from the Xbox (Beta) app as recent as 2 days ago, my Windows Updates is set to Automatic and I have no issues updating my PC, but it still gives me this Error... is there any way I can fix this ?

I am having the same issue with win 10. I have done all these steps and am still getting error code0x80070422) when I check for updates and using the store.

When I tried to run net start wuauserv I get error 1058 as well.

Any help not mentioned above would be appreciated.
