    Pc goes to recovery when powering on


    Hi baught a new ibuypower gaming pc for chrismas and evrything ran good until now



    I was on youtube when my pc turns off all of the suden and the recovery sreen apears and i cant do anything


    F1 turns it off and turns back on just to go back to the recovery sreen


    F8 does nothing


    Enter does nothing as well


    I turn it on and off a few times to see of it was a glich but it dosnt work


    I get error code 0xc000000f and somtimes i get error code 0xc0000017


    Can someone help? I have a windows recovery disk but my pc dosnt have a place to put it in



    What can i do?

    PC Build Steps

    Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval
    • Install system in case
      • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
    • Turn on PC
    • setup HDD
    • run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
      • run realtemp at the same time
    • While in Prime95 test
      • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
      • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
      • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!
    What do you guys think??

    Pc goes to recovery when powering on

    Lost Power, now PC won't boot. Powers on and clicks.


    I had tried both of those steps. Neither worked. I have a replacement power supply on order. Should be here on Monday. Thanks for the suggestions.
