Windows 10: Pc got suddently very slow, I don't know why and what to do

An hour ago I was working with PyCharm, then stopped using the pc to have dinner. When I came back, Windows got noticebly slower and laggier. I did not know what was going on, since my pc is almost brand new got it on September 29th. It feels like the whole system has taken a hit: both cpu and gpu seem very very slow, File Explorer takes like 7 seconds to fully open it used to take like 1.5 sec, since I have an SSD, writing is laggy ecc. I immediately went to check the Task Manager to see if an app was using too much memory, but nothing seems wrong! cpu values are always under 20%, ram is always under 40%, disk usage is always under 10%. I tried rebooting many times, troubleshooting, but nothing. What can I do?

Were you on SP3 even before the slowing-down problems started?

If not, I suggest you do a re-install using only SP2.

SP3 had some issues with AMD processors... (mainly consisting of pc rebooting, I dunno if you're getting that stuff as well?)

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?

I also tryed safe mode, it still didn`t work on it. and Glucofacts Deluxe STILL does not work, so... you say that you don`t know how it started working on win 10 for you?
