1) Try an alternative browser
2) open administrative command prompt and type:
3) sfc /scannow
4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
5) chkdsk /scan
6) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread
7) If the beta log collector does not work after the above steps then make a post on the thread that was posted with the information.

Turn off Windows fast startup:

I disabled the onboard graphics as I have a graphics card. Should I leave it enabled. It still reboots itself even when it is enabled. I bought the additional card because it was turning off all the time and rebooting. the new card fixed it and it stopped rebooting, now the problem is back again.

 

The first error code was 12 = lack of resources. The current error code is 22 = disabled.

Which antivirus / firewall products are on the computer?

Trend Micro
Which one uses tripwire or is that another software?
