Windows 10: PC keeps blue screening.

So for some quick backstory:

I initially was trying to fix a problem in which my PC had reserved half of my RAM(16gb installed, PC was only using 8gb). I search up some solutions online and tried one where the post told me to set my maximum memory to 0 under the "Boot" tab in MSConfig.

Now for the problem. After restarting my PC, it did the following:

First the Windows loading screen shows with "Preparing Automatic Repair" on the bottom. Then, a "Select Account" screen appears where it asks me to choose an account and enter a password. I don't know the password to either accounts and have tried every single password I know. Since I don't know the passwords, I click the option labeled "Forgot password or don't see you account?" and it prompts me to restart.

Once I restart, it boots up with either a "BAD POOL CALLER" BSOD or a "KERNEL MODE HEAP CORRUPTION" BSOD. Both BSOD are always stuck at 100%.

I then turn off the PC by holding the power button down. Once I turn it on, it goes back to the "Select Account" screen and it all repeats again.

I've tried looking for solutions online but all of them require the PC to actually boot past the BSOD, which I can't do. It might be a hardware problem but I'm not sure.

Asus ROG GTX 1060 6gb

Corsair RGB 16gb DDR4 RAM

2TB Hitachi HDD

128gb SP SSD

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

blue screen issue


after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
