Windows 10: PC keeps freezing up?

Since I've upgraded to Windows 10 Home ver 20H2, OS build 19042.789, Windows feature Experience Pack 120.2212.5510. I've noticed my PC keeps freezing up, once or twice a day. Searching for a solution, I read one article that suggested pressing the Caps lock or Num lock keys to see if the light on the keyboard lights up. When my PC locks up, the clock is the only thing that seems to be working. I have to do a hard boot, to free the PC up. CTRL ALT DEL doesn't reboot the system.

My PC is an HP Pavilion 500-217C, with the AMD A8-6500 APU with Radeon HD graphics 3.50GH, with 8.0GB of Ram and the 64-Bit operation system.

I've tried to read the error messages, but nothing in those descriptions means anything to me. When I go to Task Manager, it usually shows I have 5 apps task manager, SKYPE, Microsoft Outlook and Firefox. It also shows I have 61 processes running in the background. CPU 10%, Memory 46%, Disk 0%. It does not seem like the PC is overloaded.

With this information, can you suggest what I might try, to prevent the PC from locking up?

Computer Keeps Freezing

It froze again, and the common problem I see throughout most of the freezes is a driver atksgt.sys being blocked from loading. It is related to Tages Protection from Tages SA and it says it has a driver that is installed that causes stability problems with my system. It says it will be disabled but I think this is why my pc keeps freezing. Any suggestions as to what it may be for and/or if I can get rid of it and how?

I never downloaded a program from Tages SA so I am not sure what it could be from.
