Windows 10: pc keeps randomly shutting down and then rebooting.

hi all for about 2 weeks my pc keeps shutting down and restarting randomly with usually no dump file. it mainly accures when i boot my pc and up until i get to the desktop. i've tried sfc scans, repair upgrade, setting my bios to defult settings, turning off fast startup and so on but nothing helped. somehow i managed to caputre a dump file today here it is sorry for the lengh in advance:Microsoft R Windows Debugger Version 10.0.22000.194 AMD64Copyright c Microsoft Corporation. PC Randomly Reboots

Just recently, my PC started to randomly reboot, to start it was once every other day, and know every few minutes.
Any suggestions to rectify this problem would be greatly appreciated.
