    PC not Sleeping

When I press "Sleep", in the start menu my monitors go black as if it was going to sleep but a few seconds later the monitors turn back on and I'm on the lock screen.

I've tried closing every program, then sleeping.

Unplugging every device but my mouse and keyboard.

Using PowerShell to see if there was anything stopping the system from sleeping.

    No luck.

I have Fast Start-up turned off as my PC was having the same issue a while back with "Shut Down".

    Any help will be appreciated!

    :)
